Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the US.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Orders ship from US warehouses. Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Each product page shows its typical delivery time.
If your order contains several items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days, at no extra cost.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see your order status at any time from the link in your order confirmation email.

Delays and lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at saiteja.pathivada@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, if the package cannot be found, send a replacement or a full refund.
