1-Year Limited Warranty
Every HydraFeline water fountain and litter box is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date it is delivered to you.
If your product stops working under normal use during that year, contact us and we will, at our choice, send a replacement part, send a replacement product, or refund the price you paid for it.
How to make a claim
- Email us at saiteja.pathivada@gmail.com with your order number.
- Tell us what happened and include a photo or short video of the problem.
- We reply within 2 business days. You do not need to send the product back unless we ask you to.
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, or modifications.
- Pumps damaged by running without water, or by hair and debris that was not cleaned out as described in the instructions.
- Filters, sponges, and other parts meant to be replaced regularly.
- Normal wear and cosmetic changes such as scratches.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. It does not limit any rights you have under the law.
